Terms and Conditions:

Sponsors Raffle Terms

DEFINITIONS In these Terms, the following definitions apply. The headings contained in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

  • Sponsor: An eligible business purchasing a raffle ticket.
  • Raffle: The prize draw conducted by Leaside Colts to select the main club sponsor.
  • Digital Sponsor: A sponsor whose logo is displayed on the Leaside Colts website.
  • TICKETS Sponsors can purchase digital tickets through Leaside Colts’ website to enter the Raffle. Each ticket is priced at £30. Sponsors are permitted to purchase multiple tickets. Each digital ticket purchased will be represented by a physical ticket in the prize draw.].

DIGITAL SPONSORS: All eligible sponsors who buy a ticket will become a digital sponsor for Leaside Colts for the 2025-26 (July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026) and 2026-27 (July 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2027) seasons. Digital sponsors will have their logos linked to their websites displayed on the Sponsors page of the Leaside Colts website. Sponsors agree to send Leaside Colts high-resolution logo images in the specified format and size for use on the  website. Logos must not display any inappropriate imagery or messages.

FIRST PRIZE: The sponsor who wins first prize in the draw will be Leaside Colts  main club sponsor for the 2025-26 (July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026) and 2026-27 (July 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2027) seasons. The main club sponsor’s logo will be displayed on all Match Day shirts for the team.The main club sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on the home page of the website and all printed media. Leaside Colts Red will share offers, discounts, and promotional material through its social media channels on behalf of its main sponsor on request. The main club sponsor will also receive one framed match day shirt for display.

MINIMUM ENTRIES: Leaside Colts Red seeks to sell a minimum of 15 tickets by July 2025 Should we fail to sell the minimum number of tickets, the club reserves the right to refund all sponsors in full and cancel the prize draw and sponsorship, so it is free to look for alternate means of sponsorship.

REFUNDS: Tickets will only be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • The minimum entries requirement is not satisfied
  • Leaside Colts Red are unable to fulfil its obligations above.
  • THE DRAW The prize draw will be held by the end of June 2025 and will be live-streamed, with a link provided to all sponsors to watch. The winner will be drawn from a hat containing all entries.
